Today’s walk has been risk assessed in advance, please following the safety instructions and please be aware of the following… The Walk Leader will give additional information before the walk begins and what to be aware on the walk. Please be aware of any walkers who are in difficulty and if so please bring to the attention of the walk leader immediately.
If you have any health conditions that you feel the Walk Leader needs to be aware of please share during the registration period before the walk commences. This includes any emergency numbers essential to your person circumstances. This information can be either communicated verbally or written down and passed to the Walk Leader when first arriving at the meeting point of the walk.
The recommended maximum number of walkers for each walk leader is 20; the walk leader has the discretion to turn away people if the numbers exceed 20 (or fewer depending on the walk and the leader).
COVID 19 ongoing management please bring hand sanitizer, please feel free to wear a mask on the walk if you prefer. Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions and terrain. This includes hat wear and sun-cream. Please feel free to wear gloves or use hand sanitiser when you need to when touching gates or styles.
Please bring your own drink not be shared and your own refreshments with you. Please respect other walker’s personal space and it will be your own responsibility to maintain physical distancing between walkers when walking where requested by individual walkers. Walkers walk at their own risk.
